THE VISION

"Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.  Simon and his companions went to look for him, and when they found him, they exclaimed: “Everyone is looking for you!” Jesus replied, “Let us go somewhere else—to the nearby villages—so I can preach there also. That is why I have come.” So he traveled throughout Galilee, preaching in their synagogues and driving out demons." (Mark 1)

This quote and passage of scripture have been foundational in shaping our vision in Georgia.  Jesus let what does not yet exist shape his ministry.  While he could have planted a pretty incredible church with everyone clamoring for him, he focused on the towns and villages that had not yet heard the Gospel.

And we believe Christ cries out Mine! when He looks across the college scene in Georgia.  He longs for every student to know Him and every university to be a representation of His Kingdom.  Because of that, we believe it is our mission to own the whole state of Georgia, not just where we currently have ministry.

We want to reach every corner of campus.  We want every student to have the opportunity to respond to Jesus.  Whether it’s an ethnic group on campus, fraternities, sororities, athletes, academic disciplines, artists, or dorm on campus, we want to equip students to go out into those places and build relationships where they’ll have an opportunity to share Jesus.

We want to see this happen on every campus in our state.  We’re confident that we have some great plans in place yet fully rely on Jesus to see this vision become a reality.  Imagine if we had movements like this in every corner of every campus.  Imagine the world changers that would move on into our communities, the marketplace,  and our churches.  This world would be a different place.  Join us in making that happen.
